Data Alerts
The AIValidator’s dataset overview contains a summative report of data quality issues that serve to shepherd the data cleaning process. Data scientists, analysts, and engineers will be automatically alerted to issues such as imbalanced categorical data, skewed distributions, missing data, and duplicate entries.
Interactions
In the interactions section of the report, data professionals can easily review numeric features, scanning each for bias, variance, collinearity, and correlations. Rather than going to the painstaking task of visualizing each pair of variables against each other, they can simply select the features to compare and see how they are related.
Numeric Features
Numeric features are visualized and described with a series of univariate statistics. Data analysts can easily view the number of distinct values, while repetitive values, such as zeros, are highlighted in red. In addition to distinct value counts, typical univariate statistics such as mean, minimum, maximum, and even the series’ memory size are provided.
